Ex-Ukrainian ambassador to Israel named director of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry’s Diplomatic Academy
Gennady Nadolenko, ambassador of Ukraine to Israel of 10 years, was officially appointed to his new post on November 25 by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba.
Speaking during the introduction meeting, the Minister pointed out that the Academy remains an important part of the Foreign Ministry not only as a training ground for high-caliber diplomats, but also as an integral part of Ukraine’s intellectual landscape, and a center of gravity for events and discussions.
Gennady Nadolenko assured that the Academy will continue to provide quality education for the Ukrainian diplomatic corps. According to the newly appointed director, the key development areas for the institution will include digitalization, promotion of economic and energy diplomacy, bilateral cooperation, and public diplomacy.
The team of the Israeli-Ukrainian Alliance thanks Gennady Nadolenko for the years of fruitful cooperation and congratulates on the new and important appointment.
